Wow, so I am still going, 8 days now and it’s been tough at points, like when Jasper has been eating nice bits or when I have watched cooking programs on tv! Lots of mouthwatering recipes that I can’t have.

The food today was just my kind of thing, I am a veggie addict. Dinner was the best bit, the roast veg including butternut squash was so tasty!!

Weight today was ??0, which means I have lost the 9lbs the diet claims I would lose in 11 days, in just 7 days :).

Fingers crossed I will lose even more by the end of the 11 days, I have to say I am pretty chuffed so far with the loss, but am looking forward to the 3 days of normal food to come.
