Day 5
Breakfast - Cottage cheese and milk
Lunch - Grilled chicken breast and roast beef slices
Dinner - Stir fried green and red veggies (onion, broccoli, pepper, green beans, courgette)
Snack - Peanuts
Today wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be, although stomaching the cottage cheese at 8am was a bit much. But dinner was yummy so that made up for it.
Tomorrow looks like a really good day, I am quite looking forward to it.
Was a bit pissed off at my husband today making himself a nice spaghetti carbonara for lunch and then our favourite red chard ravioli for dinner, and he had some chocolate orange with his mocha this avo, so the smell of chocolate was very tempting. Thankfully I was good though and resisted my temptations.
Weight this morning ??2, another 1lb lost, total of 7lbs in 4 days.
