Day 1
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs, cottage cheese and ketchup
Lunch - Green beans and deli beef slices
Dinner - Tuna salad (lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, tuna), 2 hard boiled eggs
Dessert - fruit salad (strawberries, banana, apple, pear, grapes)
Snack - Turkey slices and a glass of milk
I actually quite enjoyed my meals today, it’s the first diet where I feel like I have eaten enough to be satisfied and I am not craving carbs.
So I weighed myself this morning and I am currently ??9lbs which is quite a good starting point, if at the end of 11 days I weigh ??0lbs then we’ll know that it works!
I’ll keep you posted tomorrow with my next set of meals.
