This Sunday we spent the day sat in Hippie Hill in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco listening to live music and getting sun burn. Can you think of anything more me! Joss Stone, Peter, Bjorn and Sven, Gin Blossoms and the wonderful James Blunt.

Joss Stone was fantastic, it’s the first time I have seen her live and I was very impressed at how amazing her voice sounds in person. An hour of her music would have totally been we worth the $20 we paid for our tickets, the fact we saw the two supporting acts and James Blunt for over an hour as well was absolutely fantastic.

This was the 3rd time I have seen James Blunt live, first time was at Glastonbury 2005 with Ian. We sat in front of the Pyramid stage at lunchtime in the sun listening to songs from his first album, which was perfect. Then Jasper and I saw him at Blenheim Palace in 2006, where he was equally brilliant, and it was quite romantic and definitely a huge moment in mine and Jaspers relationship. To then see him on a sunny day in San Francisco with my husband was brilliant. I walked down the aisle to his song High back in February this year, and it was actually quite emotional to see him play that song live this weekend.

All in all a fantastic day and something I am so glad we came across.

Lots of love from a happy, loved up (sun burnt) Fi
