Day 10
Breakfast – Glass of milk
Lunch – Red and green veggies
Dinner – Green veggies
Snack – Hard boiled eggs with cheese
Today was quite hard, I was starving by the time it came to dinner and green veggies wasn’t that appealing. But I managed to resist the pizza in the freezer and made some nice veggies, which once I ate them didn’t actually seem to bad.
Weight today ??8lbs, so now a total loss of 11lbs in 9 days.
