Day 9
Breakfast – Banana milkshake and pear
Lunch – Chicken breast
Dinner – Green beans and fruit salad
Snack – Peanuts
Today was ok, but I am starting to crave bad food now. Popped to Safeway today and really wanted to buy lots of food I am not allowed. Still, only 2 days left and I can eat normally! Yay!
Weight today ??9lbs, total loss of 10lbs over 8 days.
