Day 7

Breakfast – Scrambled eggs and cottage cheese

Snack was a glass of milk, but I figured you know what that looks like ;)

So it’s been a whole week now and I am still going. I have already worked out a plan for what I am going to eat on Tuesday when I am allowed to eat normally for 3 days.

Weight today was ??1 again, so no loss today, but no gain either, still 8lbs lost so far.
