Breakfast – Scrambled eggs and an apple
Lunch – Salad and grapes
Dinner – Tuna salad
Snack – Pinto beans
Today was a good day, I enjoyed everything! I am getting used to having breakfast everyday too.
Weight today was ??1lbs, total of 8lbs in 5 days.
