Day 4
Breakfast – Scrambled eggs
Lunch – Grilled chicken breast and peanuts
Dinner - Tuna salad with hard boiled eggs
Snack – Pear and milk
Today was a good day, although lunch was a bit dry and boring. Not hugely looking forward to tomorrow, but things are going ok, I feel fine and am losing weight and sticking to it. Fingers crossed it will be what it says it will.
Todays weight – ??3lbs (total loss of 6lbs in 3 days) I weigh myself each morning by the way.
