Day 3
Breakfast – Banana milkshake and scrambled eggs
Lunch – Cottage cheese and milk
Snack – Peanuts
Dinner – Tuna salad
Today was quite tough, I was pretty hungry from about 11pm onwards. All I ate from then until 9pm was cottage cheese and peanuts. The tuna salad disappeared in about 2 seconds!
Weighed myself today and I was ??4lbs. A total of 5lbs difference so far, and it’s only been 2 days!
