Day 2

Breakfast – Fruit salad (grapes, banana, apple, pear)

Lunch – Beef and tomato sandwich

Dinner – Baked apple, pear and strawberries

I also had about 8 glasses of water, 2 bottles of diet iced tea (which contain 0 calories, which I thought was pretty amazing) and yes Rachel I also had a Starbucks, but not the usual latte, this time I just had a grande filter coffee (only 5 calories).

My weight, and I am not sure why it is so different, was ??5lbs. 4lbs less than yesterday!
